That the products are made of natural wood. It's well known that there are no two absolutely same pieces of wood in the nature. So, the products may differ a little from those on the pictures in the shades. Each item of our handicraft is extraordinary and does not have any duplicates.

Shipping is worldwide, usually delivery time to the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom Australia and Japan 10-16 working days, to the European Union countries 12-16 days, to other countries 12-30 days.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
